FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our fees vary depending on the size of the project and the scope of work. We typically charge based on the client’s requirements and the type of service commissioned (please refer to our services page for the types of services available). Consultation Fees: To understand a client’s requirements, we offer an initial consultation service. This is chargeable at a standard rate for face-to-face consultations, and at a reduced rate for virtual consultations.

It is a 2-hour meeting to discuss your project and to take a survey of the space. We would thereafter provide a detailed design report with recommendations and basic space planning.

The duration of a project is not immediately obvious. We need to understand the work scope and the design specification before providing you with an accurate answer as regards time frames. This information will be communicated after the initial consultation.

When we agree to proceed to the design phase, we will provide terms and conditions which will be sent to you once we have an agreement in place.

We work with highly skilled Builders, Decorators and Electricians who take pride in delivering their work and are fully licensed. However, we are happy to work with anyone you suggest. We can also provide you with the details of reliable tradesmen. We are not, however, responsible or liable for your individually commissioned tradesmen that you bring onto the site, or any work that they carry out.

Yes, we work nationally across the UK. Do note that any location that is over 1hr 30mins from our Essex offices must have a minimum of three rooms.

We work with clients to deliver a service that fits their needs and requirements and will listen to your ideas and suggestions. We are also more than happy to manage an end-to-end service while you sit back and relax, and we get everything done.
